ReachNow website redesign

I was the creative lead for the mobile-first redesign of ReachNow, charged with the task of designing a website to help drive conversion rates and drop the volume of calls to the call center.

We did this by simplifying the messaging upfront and layering much of the FAQs questions into content throughout the site. The site not only serves as a brand voice for ReachNow, it also introduces the idea of multi-modal transportation through use case scenarios peppered throughout each page. For members who need further clarification, an animation guides users through process of finding and driving a ReachNow car.
